The SDR-IT Group is a dynamically growing group of responsible IT companies. Our goal is to create the highest values and to act responsibly towards our employees, clients, and shareholders. We all share the responsibility to ensure that our actions are consistent with our values. This Code of Conduct is intended to help all employees, suppliers, shareholders, and clients of the SDR-IT Group worldwide understand what we believe in and how we conduct our business. The Code applies to all employees of the SDR-IT Group as well as to all contractors cooperating with us.

Teamwork and Transparency
Employees of the SDR-IT Group act transparently toward shareholders, clients, and one another. Transparency builds trust, which is the foundation of successful teamwork. Transparency in our actions also means that all issues are addressed openly, and people communicate with each other honestly.
Honesty
Honesty means that the business practices of the SDR-IT Group are always aligned with the company’s values and principles of conduct. The SDR-IT Group and its employees comply with applicable laws as well as the group’s internal regulations and act in accordance with the established values. The group and its employees maintain honesty in their dealings with others. The group engages in business relationships only with other companies whose business practices reflect our own values and principles of conduct, thereby protecting the company and its employees from any form of liability.
Group Assets
The SDR-IT Group and its employees handle the group’s assets responsibly and carefully. These include buildings, facilities, and operational equipment, as well as information technology, software, and data. All employees use the resources, operational materials, and information provided to them solely in the interest of the Group. They protect these assets from negative impact and maintain them in proper condition. Employees comply with all regulations regarding the use and safeguarding of the SDR-IT Group’s assets.
Regulations & Standards
Employees of the SDR-IT Group comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations. Any violations of these regulations can potentially cause significant damage and have serious consequences for the Group, its employees, shareholders, and clients. In the event that any violations are discovered, the parties involved will be held accountable and appropriately penalized.
Conflict of Interest
The SDR-IT Group expects loyalty and honesty from all its employees. This means that all employees act in the interest of the Group and make business decisions in the best interest of the company. Personal, economic, or other interests must not negatively conflict with or hinder the interests of the SDR-IT Group. Therefore, employees avoid situations where personal views or opinions could conflict with the interests of the Group.
Data Processing
Information Security
The SDR-IT Group treats all data with the highest level of confidentiality and protects all company-critical information from misuse, loss, destruction, and manipulation. We apply all appropriate security standards and implement measures to maintain confidentiality. Information and cybersecurity are a priority for the Group.
Protection of Personal Data
The SDR-IT Group takes privacy seriously and, as such, protects and respects the rights of its employees, clients, and shareholders. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding the handling of personal data, is ensured through appropriate measures, including the European Union’s GDPR regulations.
Internal Information
Internal information is always treated as strictly confidential. Employees who have access to confidential information must not use it in any way inconsistent with its intended purpose, nor disclose it to third parties. In case of misuse of such information, appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken.

Outside the Workplace
The rules outlined in this Code of Conduct also apply to employees outside of the regular working hours of the SDR-IT Group. It is expected that everyone will comply with all matters related to the activities of the SDR-IT Group.

The SDR-IT Group provides a workplace free from prejudice, where diversity is welcomed. Forced Labor
The SDR-IT Group does not engage in any form of forced or compulsory labor, child exploitation, modern slavery, involuntary work, human trafficking, or any other forms of exploitation.
For the purposes of this Code of Conduct, a child is defined as any person under the age of 16. We expect our suppliers and contractors with whom we do business to adhere to the same standards.
If the SDR-IT Group becomes aware of any violation of these Principles and it is not remedied, we will terminate business cooperation without any negotiations.
Sustainable Development, Environment, and Health & Safety
Sustainable development is the foundation of the SDR-IT Group’s conduct because we believe that sustainable actions are important in all areas of activity. Employees actively contribute to sustainable development by basing their behavior on social values, helping to minimize resource consumption, and strengthening all essential aspects of sustainability through their daily actions.
The SDR-IT Group actively maintains comprehensive environmental management systems as well as health and safety systems across all its facilities. Responsible recycling is a key part of the Group’s environmental action plan. We strive to minimize our environmental impact. All waste generated is, whenever possible, sold, reused, or recycled. Where disposal is the only option, all waste is properly stored and then handed over to appropriately licensed contractors for environmentally friendly disposal.
The SDR-IT Group places great importance on protecting occupational health and safety and complying with local environmental regulations as well as any international regulations that may apply. The Group works with its partners to ensure they recognize and fulfill their responsibilities for environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

Online Sales
All products sold online are accurately priced and truthfully described. The SDR-IT Group never misleads our potential or current customers. This builds trust-based relationships between all parties. If the SDR-IT Group ever receives negative feedback regarding anything sold online, the situation is promptly assessed, resolved, and closed in a timely manner.
Competition
During the period of employment, no employee, without prior written consent from the SDR-IT Group, shall engage in any competitive activity against the SDR-IT Group, in particular:
1. Directly or indirectly conducting any competitive activity against the SDR-IT Group on their own behalf, either as a sole proprietor or as a partner in a civil partnership.
2. To perform work based on an employment contract, provide services under a contract of mandate, or any other legal relationship for an entity conducting competitive activities against the SDR-IT Group.
3. Acquiring or holding shares or stakes in capital companies conducting competitive activities.
4. Holding positions in management, supervisory, or control bodies in commercial companies, cooperatives, or other entities conducting competitive activities.
Competitive activity is understood as any activity conducted by any entity, on the territory of the Republic of Poland or abroad, organized in any legal form, whose scope includes actual activities overlapping at least partially with the scope of the business of the SDR-IT Group. In case of any doubts in this regard, the employee is obliged to obtain a written definition and explanation from the SDR-IT Group.
The SDR-IT Group may notify an individual in writing about what activity it considers competitive in specific cases.
Violation by an employee of any of the obligations mentioned in this section of the Code of Conduct may, depending on circumstances, constitute a serious breach of basic employee duties and may entitle the SDR-IT Group to terminate the employee’s contract without notice or constitute grounds justifying termination with notice.
Gifts and Bribery
Employees do not accept any gifts or bribes from third parties in connection with the performance of their duties, except for customarily accepted gifts of nominal value. An employee must promptly inform SDR-IT Group about receiving any gifts or benefits related to the performance of their duties, as well as about any attempts to offer such gifts or benefits.

Conclusion
All employees, shareholders, suppliers, and customers of the SDR-IT Group are treated equally, and in return, they treat each other with the same respect that each of us deserves.
